Convenient location near famous attractions, restaurants, and train station. Helpful and personable staff. Stunning, clean room with comfortable beds and rooftop view. Great for families with private bathrooms and coffee shop nearby. Amazing air conditioning and spa jets in the shower. 🌟

I had a very interesting experience staying at this place, located in the heart of the city. The historical palazzo added a unique charm to my stay, and even though there was no elevator, it didn't diminish my overall impression. The room was spacious and clean, with high ceilings that gave it a luxurious feel. The bathroom was terrific, and I particularly enjoyed the spa bath. The staff was super helpful and made me feel welcome. I also loved the beautiful view of the bustling street below and the Renaissance-inspired ceiling paintings. Another great perk was the free coffee machine available for guests.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. It is centrally located, allowing easy access to all the attractions and shops, and the service is top-notch.

The building itself is fine, with high ceilings and a beautifully preserved 14th-century architecture. The location is unbeatable - it's right next to the train station and close to all the sites of this city. We were able to easily explore everything on foot. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was really good, and the facilities provided were great. The hotel staff were helpful and always available to assist us, giving us great tips and recommendations. this hotel was so great in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and the helpfulness of the staff.
